Inside the New Brewery: Pre-Renovation
Below is an already-finished room – check out the granite (I think)! This is half the space. I’m thinking some dark-finished natural rough wood would be great accents to this floor. Not sure on a wall color. Drop ceilings and lighting is nice…though I’m not sure if ‘white’ is a good color for this. Any interior decorators here? Any unique ceiling tile treatments?
Now is the right half of the building. This is the deeper half and where the brew-side will be positioned (without the drop ceiling)
Since the interior is already nice and up-to-date, we will not alter the existing structure (we are not moving walls or building walls). All of our utilities is where we want them. We just have to figure out the color scheme, some flooring for the deep half of the building. We also have to figure out how the bar will look and integrating the design theme with the rest of the space.
The next step is to start marking things off with tape for possible bar, kegerators, stools, tables, brewing equipment placement to make sure the workflow is good.
