This is the first time I am filtering into sankey kegs. I am retiring the soda-style corny kegs. Mind you, I am filtering under pressure as I force carbonated the beer in the fermentor.
Cleaned and ready-to-go.
This is the Bock brewed a few weeks ago.
This complex piped apparatus on the kegerator has a pressure control valve on the end. There is lots of pipe to catch a little foam that seems to be coming out of the gas side. I don't want the beer going into my pressure valve.
This actually worked and the beer went on tap clear and perfectly carbonated. It was slow though. Very slow. Several hours slow. Need a plate filter.
